“ I normally don't pick Italian restaurants for dinner. Because I have a hard time paying for pasta, however, this restaurant is definitely the exception. It was a group dinner, the menu was chosen for me, but everything was so delicious the mozzarella cheese on the appetizer menu was so fresh and delicious with the fresh tomatoes. Honestly, the best mozzarella I've ever had anywhere and the meal as a whole was incredibly delicious. I can't give you a review of the prices, because I didn't pay the bill. All I can tell you is that I had an amazing time eating the food & tell you I would go again ”

We ordered the Portobello Parmigiana, and it was an absolute delight—like the most tender steak we’ve ever had, packed with rich, deep flavors. The dish was perfectly cooked, with every bite melting in our mouths. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Our server was not only attentive and warm but also gave fantastic recommendations—including this incredible dish! The house sourdough was another highlight—fresh, perfectly crusty on the outside, and soft inside, setting the stage for an unforgettable meal. “ Service, atmosphere, selection and quality are all great here. We have eaten at the original NYC location and now here, fantastic food Carmine’s might be the best value in all of Vegas. Our meal could’ve fed at least two more people. There were three of us, they had to roll us out, we were stuffed! Our server, a 50-ish yr old gentlemen from Wyoming, longtime resident of Vegas and was so nice and professional. The atmosphere here is great for groups of 3-12 and lively while still an easy place to have meaningful conversation without yelling. Don’t sleep on Carmine’s, they do family style right and don’t skimp on quality. 3 draft beers, sangria, salad, chicken dish with added pasta, lasagna: 240 pre tip and there was enough food for a whole additional meal. ”
“ My husband took me here recently for lunch, and it was a total vibe! The atmosphere is lovely. The servers are so attentive and nice. The drinks are delicious. The food is phenomenal and authentic Italian. They give you a big basket of different types of fresh breads while you wait for your food. The portions of the entrees are so hudge, you can share. They have a separate lunch menu with sandwiches. The bathrooms are very clean and unique in design. We didn't make reservations, but there was plenty of seating. ”
“ Loved it! The food portions are massive. We were told four entrees would feed six people. We got two appetizers and had way too much food. Although delicious, we had a great time. Benjamin took care of us. It is highly recommended for larger groups that want to share food together. The family vibes are real here. ”
“ Came here with a buddy for my birthday dinner outing. Anthony our bartender waited on us, the place was packed on a Wednesday night. Had a bourbon mule, seafood pasta with lobster & cannolis with pistachios! Bad ass place to bring friends or a date! Decor is great with old pics of Dean Martin. Not a single bad item in the plate - lobster, shrimp, mussels, other items I wasn't even sure what they were but tasted delicious! Packed house with a bit of a wait so you know it must be good. ”
